Data collected
We only collect the data you enter in our forms (identity, contact details, information about your boat and project).
Purposes
This data is used solely to process your quote request or application and to contact you. It is never sold.
Retention
Quote requests: 3 years after the last contact. Skipper applications: for the duration of the listing, then 1 year.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to boatway.eu@gmail.com.
Form transmission
The information you enter is sent to our team by e-mail through Resend (Resend, Inc.), an e-mail delivery provider acting as our processor under GDPR-compliant contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses). It is not used for any other purpose.
Audience measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights: anonymous, aggregated traffic and performance statistics, with no cookies or persistent identifiers and no data shared for advertising.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Maps load OpenStreetMap tiles; the wind map uses Open-Meteo data.
